We make it easy for you to access your pet's most recent medical records. Simply log into your account using the button below.
How to Access Your Pet's Current Records
After logging in, you will see a drop-down menu listing your pets. If you have more than one pet, you can select the pet for which you'd like to view records.
Full Vaccine History: To view your pet's complete vaccine history, click the red link that says "Medical Records for (Pet Name)."
Rabies Certificates: These will be displayed under the "Rabies Certificates" section.
